How it works

From a dated snapshot to a finished checklist.

Four steps. You can stop at any of them. Everything is in writing, at a fixed price, with no calls and no retainer.

  1. FreeSame or next business day

    1. Free snapshot

Tell us your business name, website and town. We run a fixed set of real customer questions through the main AI tools, read your public pages (following your robots.txt), and send you a short report showing what the tools said about you on that date.

You see: a snapshot score (a summary of the evidence, not a ranking), how often you were named and linked, which facts were wrong, who was named instead, and how the snapshot was made. The fixes appear as headlines only.

  2. $50£40Delivered instantly

    2. Unlock the full report

The implementation bible. Every checklist item, each with what to change, where, who would normally do it, and a “done when” check. The files and text are already written: schema code, llms.txt, customer FAQ answers, page briefs, listing descriptions, and a week-by-week plan.

Nothing is held back. Your team or your web agency can do all of it without us.

  3. With any packWithin 1 hour of payment

    3. Paste-ready fix pack

Buy a done-for-you pack and, within an hour of payment, you get a paste-ready fix pack written for your business: the exact text, code and settings for each item in your pack, in the order to apply them. Paste it in yourself, or go to step 4.

The $50£40 you paid for the full report is credited toward a pack bought within 30 days.

  4. OptionalWithin 3 days of access

    4. Done for you

Grant us editor access to your website or CMS and manager access to your Google Business Profile, and we make the changes live within 3 days. Every change goes in a change log with its URL and its “done when” check, so you can verify each one yourself.

Packs are implementation of the checklist, not results. Choose Foundation, Growth or Authority on the pricing page.

The snapshot method

How every snapshot is made

AI answers vary from one run to the next and from one person to the next. So we never present a single answer as the truth. Every report states the method on its first page.

Fixed prompt set
The same 20 real customer questions for every business in your field and area, for example “who should I use near me?” or “are they open on Saturday?”.
Several runs, averaged
Each prompt is run 3 times per AI tool and the results are averaged, because AI answers vary from one run to the next.
Dated, models named
Every report states the run date and the AI tools and models used, for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Labelled honestly
Data is marked API-measured or Fixture/sample. A re-test with the same prompt set is offered at 60–90 days.

What the method line looks like

20 fixed prompts × 3 runs, averaged · run 6 October 2026 · ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot · Fixture/sample

From the Harbor & Oak sample report. Live reports say API-measured instead of Fixture/sample.

Re-tests, and why we have no before-and-after figures yet

We offer a re-test with the same prompt set, the same tools and the same number of runs at 60–90 days; it is included in Authority. Until we have re-tested early buyers that way, we make no before-and-after claims.

What we check

Six things AI tools need to describe a business accurately

One consistent description

Is the same name, address, phone, hours and description used on your site, your Google profile and directories?

Done when the same sentence appears word for word in each place.

Service and location pages

Is there a page for each service and location customers ask about?

Done when each page is live, in the sitemap, and answers its question in the first 60 words.

Schema and entity markup

Does your site describe the business, its services and FAQs in structured data that machines can read?

Done when validator.schema.org shows 0 errors.

Crawlable pages

Can AI search crawlers read your pages? We check robots.txt, the sitemap, canonical tags and redirects.

Done when robots.txt allows the AI search crawlers and every live page is in the sitemap.

Direct answers to real questions

Prices, hours, what you offer and what you don’t: are the answers written as text on the right page?

Done when each answer is visible as text on the page it belongs to.

Third-party mentions

Which listings, associations and local publications describe you, and which are wrong or missing?

Done when each one is claimed, corrected or pitched, and logged.

Two terms, in one sentence each. Schema is a short block of code on your page that states your business’s facts in a format machines read reliably. llms.txt is a short plain-text file at your web address that summarises who you are for AI tools.
